Text Box: Have a Voice in Your Recovery

“Mike and I started going to The Gathering Place (a GEP funded peer support organization) in 2003. They helped us learn more about our mental illness. They have listened and supported us when we have bad days. They helped me to be more assertive so I could be a volunteer at The Gathering Place. They have helped us to understand side effects of medications. They help us with our recovery.”

-Deborah and Mike H.
